Carrie Franson, Office Administrator
Carrie joined Arnold & Arnold in July 2018 after relocating to Colorado from Chicago, Illinois. Carrie’s professional experience is diverse and includes several years spent working as a paralegal in a variety of practice areas and most recently in a boutique CPA/financial advisory firm. Carrie received her bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and her Paralegal Certificate from Loyola University Chicago. When not at work at Arnold & Arnold Carrie enjoys exploring the Colorado landscape and practicing in her secondary career as a therapeutic massage therapist.
Tara Lynn Neal, Paralegal
Tara Lynn Neal has been with Arnold & Arnold, LLP since November 2008. She graduated from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado in spring of 2008 with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice. She also graduated from the paralegal program at Arapahoe Community College. She provides support to the attorneys in the areas of Civil Litigation, Mechanic’s Liens and Collections. Tara Lynn was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado and moved to Lakewood, Colorado in the summer of 2002. She has worked within the service industry for over 10 years. She enjoys crosswords, sports, puppies, family/friend outings and long quiet getaways in the mountains.
Sadie Gettings, Paralegal
Sadie joined the Arnold & Arnold team in August 2017 and provides support to the attorneys in the areas of Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Probate. Prior to joining the firm Sadie completed her studies at Colorado State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, with a concentration in criminal justice and minors in both legal studies and diversity law. Sadie is a Colorado native – she grew up just outside of Denver in Broomfield. When Sadie is away from the office, she enjoys spending time outside swimming and playing volleyball.
Devon Williamson, Paralegal
Devon joined Arnold & Arnold in 2023 and works primarily in the Construction Law and Mechanic’s Lien practice area. She graduated from Indian River State College in the spring of 2000 with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Interior Design. In 2010, after many years working as a Designer with custom home builders and contractors, she went on to obtain her real estate license and has since expanded her career in the many facets of real estate, title and liens. Devon is a Colorado native who grew up in Littleton and now resides in the mountains with her husband and their two dogs. They enjoy being outside every chance they get, whether it’s on a 4×4 trail in their Jeep, or enjoying the sunset from their deck, they just cherish everything Colorado has to offer.
